1. Delete Account In-App (Recommended)
Steps:
- Open the Bookuly app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm your request
2. Delete Account via Email
Send an email to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Message: Please delete my account associated with this email: [your registered email]
What Will Be Deleted?
- Personal profile (Name, Phone, Email, Photo)
- Location history and saved addresses
- Booking history and service records
- Messages and communications
What May Be Retained?
Some transaction logs or legal records may be kept for up to 1 year for accounting, legal, or tax compliance purposes only. After this period, they will be permanently deleted.
Your deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
