Welcome to Bookuly (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Bookuly ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bookuly mobile application and any related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Bookuly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Bookuly is a platform that allows users to discover, book, and manage appointments with beauty, wellness, and personal care service providers such as hairdressers, barbers, massage therapists, spas, saunas, and other similar services.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings made through Bookuly are between you and the service provider.
• Bookuly acts only as an intermediary platform.
• Prices displayed are set by the service providers. We may charge a service fee.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card information.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the service provider’s cancellation policy.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or service providers.
• Attempt to book appointments fraudulently.
• Share your account with others.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

5. Ratings and Reviews

You may leave honest reviews after using a service. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or contain offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software in Bookuly are the property of Bookuly or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• That all service providers are licensed or qualified.
• The quality, safety, or outcome of any booked service.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookuly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bookuly in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of Bookuly after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [City, e.g. Casablanca or Rabat].
